Return & Refund Policy

At Kidomo, we take great care in creating high-quality books that are printed specifically for your child. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Personalized Products Cannot Be Returned or Cancelled

Because each personalized book is printed uniquely for your child using their name, details, and sometimes their photo:

✔ Orders for personalized books cannot be cancelled once printing has begun.

✔ Personalized books cannot be returned or refunded.

This ensures fairness and maintains product quality.

If you need changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we will try our best to accommodate it before printing starts.

  1. Non-Personalized Products

Non-personalized books or products may be returned only if:

  • They are damaged on arrival
  • The wrong product was received
  • Pages are missing or misprinted

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos/videos as proof.

  1. Replacement for Damaged or Faulty Items

If the product arrives damaged:

  • A replacement will be issued free of cost
  • No need to return the damaged item (in most cases)
  1. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Unreachable contact numbers

But we will assist you to track and resolve the issue.
