How your book reaches you
Kidomo books come in three formats, each with its own delivery method:
- Ebook (digital): sent by email or WhatsApp, usually within 2 business hours of your order being placed. No physical shipping involved.
- Paperback and Hardbound (physical): each copy is printed specifically for your child. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then handed to our courier partner and typically arrive within 8–10 business days.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders over ₹500 — which covers virtually every order on Kidomo, since paperback and hardbound books are always priced above this threshold and ebooks don’t carry a shipping charge at all. If your cart only contains a lower-priced activity book, add a storybook and you’ll qualify for free delivery too.
Delivery coverage
We deliver PAN-India.
Payments
We accept payments through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets). Because every book is personalized and printed specifically for your child, Cash on Delivery isn’t available.
Delays
We’re not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, an incorrect address at checkout, or an unreachable phone number — but we’ll always help you track down and resolve a shipping issue.
