Many Kidomo products are customized based on the information submitted by customers.

Customers are responsible for:

Kidomo is not responsible for errors submitted by customers during personalization.

Due to the nature of personalized products, customized items cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

are the intellectual property of Kidomo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. User Content

By uploading photos, names, or artwork to our platform, you confirm that:

Kidomo reserves the right to reject inappropriate or offensive content.

8. Limitation of Liability
